Pre-workout nutrition and macro combinations.

Hey Marc, Emilio from Spain here. I want to know what should I eat pre-workout, I usually take fast digesting carbs and some protein depending on how my macros for the day are. On the other hand there are some people that say I should take slow-digesting carbs like brown rice and Im kind of lost and need your help thank you. Also, I heard that you want to take fats and protein at breakfast and on your last meal and carbs and protein during the day; what's your take on this?? Thanks Marc

1) What you eat pre workout depends on personal preference. I like having a normal, carb, protein and fat containing meal. 

2) It depends on the diet. I personally prefer carbs before bed due to hormonal benefits like serotonin. See www.dropfactorbook.com
