Skinny guy trying to gain muscle.
Hello, I am a 17 year old male and I am having trouble gaining muscle mass. I started eating more and taking protein supplements around a year ago but no progress is being made. I workout 6 days a week and mainly focus on weight training. Also do you have any advice for persistent upper back pain in the gym, thanks.

I go through a lot of bikini prep videos and all, and all that people are willing to through to look a certain way... how much obsessive can it get without getting to the point of damaging mental health?
