Bodyweight training + gym session
Hi Mark!
I believe in Dorian Yates training method (4 workout days) and this is the way I train. I started with calisthenics (+ weighted calisthenics) and after that I focused on weight training. For a year now i try to mix these two. Do you think is it optimal for muscle growth to have a bodyweight training day, and after that a gym session?
For Example: Monday: Pull day (wide grip pull up, chin up, close grip pull up, weighted pull up etc)
Tuesday: Push day (bench press, machines etc.)
Of course I change the workouts every week. The previous example is the first week, and the second week is Monday: Pull day, but in the gym, and Tuesday is a push day, but with push ups.
Thank you for everything.

I don't see bodyweight day having enough progressive overload to be optimal. I don't like this strategy BUT if you want to do it let us know how it goes!
You certainly can! It never hurts to be warmed up. Be cognizant not to OVER warm up and exhaust the muscles
I consider protein food, so we are going with HEALTH and with that I choose Machine Greens + Multi!

Any updates on the affiliate program? I haven't heard anything about it in a while.

Hmg -pct
wanted to get your take on HMG during pct. I've seen study's that say using hcg and hmg increase fertilty greatly. But, I have access to as much hmg as I need and price isn't an issue. If you could even just email me I don't need you to talk about it in a video or need a gift card I rather just learn
Pallof Presses for Abdominals
Marc,
In your opinion would you think it beneficial to use resistance band pallof Presses vs standard ab exercises when trying to remove hip flexor activation?
Mass Monsters
Alot of people believe that Dorian Yates ushered in the age of Mass Monsters and it was with him that Bodybuilding took the shift away from aesthetics to size. While I don't believe this and I think Dorian had the total package size and aesthetics, I can't help but wonder.
Do you think Bodybuilding would have taken the shift it did to size and away from conditioning and aesthetics if Dorian had of never competed? Or do you think that this was just the natural progression that Bodybuilding would have gone through overtime.
Thanks ,
Marc
