Pre show during peak week I keep hearing people say that they need to carb up in order to fill out. Can you describe the process of this. Generally how many carbs are consumed and what kind of foods are generally chosen? You have mentioned that your theory on the distended gut is essentially a "thanksgiving efffect so how many carbs would you say the average body builder takes in and why are they taken in in such high amounts.

Why do carbs keep making my body bloat? I can never feel trim enough, even if my macros are on point. It always make me bloat in my chest and abdominal areas. Any advice?

Reward the better ABS??

After the Phil Heath gut issue, don't you think that the industrie should "reward" this huge guys at the Olympia that actually have really abs???

Cause there are a ton a guys that can become huge, but huge with abs is like a mith these days.
