Lean bulk bf% for women
Hello! II've been watching your YouTube and and hear you consistently recommending for men to not start a lean bulk until around 8% bf and then to go until 12-15% at the highest. I know women have different bf needs but would love to hear your recommendations for bf ranges for women. What bf should women start and head highest they should go? I'm currently at 16% and looking to add more lean muscle. Thank so much for great content.

The "Anabolic Window" Post Workout
Hello Tiger Fitness, so I've been hearing conflicting arguments about protein or any food consumption timing after your workout and there's a supposed "anabolic" window time limit where you're supposed to feed your body to convert it from a catabolic state to an anabolic state? But then I heard that you don't have to immediately consume anything right after you workout because you have a larger window than what was previously said before. What are your thoughts and what would be the best foods to consume postworkout to build max muscle?

Are these stackable, and would it be beneficial to stack these? Would there be any ingredients that would be too much when stacked, or would any ingredients hinder others from working?
losing weight, already low calories
Hey Marc, I have many friends and family members that are seeking to lose weight and hopefully keeping it off. they do not eat much food through the day, and some do exercise but the weight doesn't change. some people just don't want to exercise, just lose the weight through diet. is that possible even though they are having around 1000 to 1800 calories? thanks.
