Hello! II've been watching your YouTube and and hear you consistently recommending for men to not start a lean bulk until around 8% bf and then to go until 12-15% at the highest. I know women have different bf needs but would love to hear your recommendations for bf ranges for women. What bf should women start and head highest they should go? I'm currently at 16% and looking to add more lean muscle. Thank so much for great content.
