What do you suggest for gynecomastia?

Jason B 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 2

do you suggest any exercise or diet to help get rid of gynecomastia (aka man boobs)? I broke my wrist and it was not set correctly so I am told by my DR not to do push-ups or pull-ups. That was years ago though. I am willing to give it a go in hopes not to re-break it if that is the best way.

Gaining mass at or below maintenance

Gregory 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hey Marc, if a person has excess body fat, assuming protein, carbs, etc are optimal, can lean mass still be gained by eating at maintenance or even a slight caloric deficit as the body breaks down the excess fat to meet energy requirements, instead of doing a traditional bulking and cutting diet.

Being sick affecting gains

Jordan S. 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hey Marc, love all the content you are putting out.

Basically I'm sick now and had a really bad fever the past 2 days and I look 3 times smaller. Was wondering if this is just water weight or did i actually lost some muscle and is it possible to lose muscle that fast. I'm kind of  scared because I have a vacation coming up in less than 20 days, is it enough to get back on track?
