My girlfriend ("significant other" to be politically correct, lol) and I recently joined the same gym. Lately, she's been asking me to train at the same time as her so we can train together. As much as I would like to assist her with her fitness goals, I'm the kind of person who needs that hour of solace with my headphones on to get a good training session in. Do you and Katie regularly train together at the same time, or do you prefer to train her separately? Thank you in advance for your advice.
