Goblet squats are PERFECT for you! See this: https://content.tigerfitness.com/goblet-squat/

Cut Fat or Build Muscle First
Hi Marc,
I am relatively new to lifting. Only about a 1 to 1.5 years into lifting consistently. Currently I am in the low 20's when it comes to body fat percentage across a couple different body fat percentage tests. Long term I am looking to compete someday but not sure if I should look to cut down to 10-12% body fat first like you have previously recommended or work on building some muscle foundation first. Any recommendations for someone new?
No point gaining now--you will have too much fat!
I would cut down to 6-8% using www.dropfactorbook.com
Once there, LEAN GAIN 1-2lbs a month at www.massdiet.com
Best of luck!
You just need to train arms HARD 1-2x a week and do it for YEARS--this is a marathon not a sprint. Here is an article that can help! https://content.tigerfitness.com/arm-workout-routine/
Ppl or regular split
Marc what are the benefits of doing a ppl over a regular muscle split
