Skinny guy trying to gain muscle.

Matthew Stout 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hello, I am a 17 year old male and I am having trouble gaining muscle mass. I started eating more and taking protein supplements around a year ago but no progress is being made. I workout 6 days a week and mainly focus on weight training. Also do you have any advice for persistent upper back pain in the gym, thanks.

I go through a lot of bikini prep videos and all, and all that people are willing to through to look a certain way... how much obsessive can it get without getting to the point of damaging mental health?

Hi marc i started bodybuilding a year and a half ago i am right handed and i notice that my left shoulder is elevated higher than my right and my left trap is bigger than the right? I have more front delts on my right shoulder than the left shoulder and more medial delts as well. Everytime i do lateral raise on my left i feel it in my traps i get so frustrated but on my right i mostly feel it on my right is their any way i can fix this imbalance? Thx
