Women and bloating
Hey Marc! I'm a 31 yo female, sitting at around 145lbs, 17% bf - after losing over 100lbs (4 years ago) and working up maintenance calories over the past 8 months from 1200cals to 2300cals. However I was wondering if this would explain how much my weight can fluctuate (easily 5-8lbs). Is this due to me eating more carbs or just training my muscles harder and lifting heavier or just a woman!!!
Hey Marc - I have bloating issues.
I do take probiotics but the bloating continues. Is there a way to treat bloating?
Thanks,
Eddie
Business
How do you recommend going about beginning a business? Is it best to remain in what you're doing and do a side hustle until you have enough built up to support yourself? Is it better to get an impressive degree or just read up on as much as you can know and save the degree money? (I figured you'd be overloaded with nutrition questions, so I'd pick your business brain)
Mental Aspect Of Training
Hey Marc, In training I've always found my performance is greatly improved when I get in the right state of mind.. and "get in the zone" the perfect balance between rage and ambition.... I was wondering if you have any tips on ways to get in the right mental state before a lift or training......
resources
What books or other resources would you suggest to read/study for a CSCS who is also a physical therapy student (so rehab as well)? I'm looking to better prepare myself for my doctorate program as well as maximize the results of my clients

Starting my Career
I am currently enrolled in NASM personal trainer and going to school to become a Dietitian. End goal is to become a online coach. In your opinion should I work for of a large scale box gym first or just jump right into being a online coach? I have read mixed reviews on what to do first. I also plan on getting Crossfit certified to Level 4 and once I can afford it I will do the EXOS. I choose all of this due to your video on 3 top personal training certifications.
Diet question
For someone that works out 3 -4 hours a day with intense work outs should I be eating more than calories than I burn which is probably 6,000+ calories a day 5 days a week or eating less? I do intense cardio workouts, weight lift, and abs 5 days week
