Powerbuilding programs
I'm wanting to start a powerbuilding program after my cut. My strength on the big three are not where I want them to be. My physique isn't where I want it to be either I still need a lot more mass. I'm 5'7" 153 right now. I don't really know how to create a program for myself to increase my strength and muscle size. I've always watched people on YouTube and took bits and pieces from them and molded them into my own. I have put on mass and gain a little strength, but not like I feel like I should. I'm 18 years old and I've been lifting since 15 religiously. I started getting into fitness at 13 with some dumbbells in my room and body weight exercises. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Neck training
Hello, I'm currently doing a full body workout ( the one Steve Shaw designed to be exact). I still consider myself a novice lifter but I wanted to start incorporating neck exercises, but I was wondering how could I or would it even be recommended considering I'm still a novice and can still make quality neck gains from deadlifts, etc.
Balance
As a father of three how do you find balance? I struggle with feeling like I'm present in some instances because I have so many different avenues competing for my mind and thoughts. I feel as though running a very successful business like yourself would only make it more difficult. Thanks for the answer in advance!
Fats... and how much?
What foods do you recommend so as to get the right percentages of saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats per day?
I try and eat eggs, bacon, peanut butter, beans, lentils, avocados, and olive oil, but I always seem to eat more saturated fat than any other fat.
Is there another, or other types of foods that can help me out more?

Berberine for cutting?
It has been researched to aid in lowering blood sugar and consequently has potential for a fat loss regimen. As it can be synergistic just as other blood sugar lowering meals for instance to further potentiate a cutting stack. What's your take on it and how would you use it, or would you use it alongside an ECA stack for example?
