Powerbuilding programs
I'm wanting to start a powerbuilding program after my cut. My strength on the big three are not where I want them to be. My physique isn't where I want it to be either I still need a lot more mass. I'm 5'7" 153 right now. I don't really know how to create a program for myself to increase my strength and muscle size. I've always watched people on YouTube and took bits and pieces from them and molded them into my own. I have put on mass and gain a little strength, but not like I feel like I should. I'm 18 years old and I've been lifting since 15 religiously. I started getting into fitness at 13 with some dumbbells in my room and body weight exercises. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The key is to train like a powerlifter. Powerbuliding is simply Powerlifting with some ancillary lifts. Westside does some great stuff but here is a great program as well! https://content.tigerfitness.com/massive-freak-4-day-powerbuilding-split/
