Pre show during peak week I keep hearing people say that they need to carb up in order to fill out. Can you describe the process of this. Generally how many carbs are consumed and what kind of foods are generally chosen? You have mentioned that your theory on the distended gut is essentially a "thanksgiving efffect so how many carbs would you say the average body builder takes in and why are they taken in in such high amounts.
