What are some tips you have for breaking through plateaus while trying to progressively overload?

I've hit a plateau in almost all of my lifts and I am always trying to hit a max while training every week.  I feel good when I lift but my strength isn't going up like is has been. Any suggestions? Deload? rep range change?

I would reload for a week then start climbing back up!
