Waxy maize
What are your thoughts on waxy maize for post workout glycogen replenishment and driving nutrients into the muscle? Some studies show it absorbs faster than sugar but I'm not sure what to think.
How often should I be changing my set/rep numbers to maximize my gains?
I feel like my workouts have become too much of a routine and it isn't helping my gains. For maximum muscle growth how often should I be switching my program or rep/set ratio? I need to make gains god damnit!

Strength/Hypertrophy Together?
Would you say it's possible to make good gains in strength and hypertrophy at the same time, or would it be more optimal to focus on one or the other?
