If taking Tribulus Terrestris (min. 90% Saponins), how many grams per body weight,  and how long of a window before a workout for maximum effect?

What is your opinion on steady state cardio after a workout if you are natural?

will steady state  cardio after a workout cause you to burn too much muscle after a certain point in time?

Night Shift Nutrition

Do you have any nutritional advice for someone who works the Night shift. Mainly for people who are dieting and are in a caloric deficit.
