"Steroids Replacement" supplements

Cristian G. 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hey, I was looking around for healthy ways of increasing my muscles and I found "steroids replacement" that's the category for a lot of supplements that say they got a similar effect like steroids but all natural with no harm to the body, are they any good?

Meaning behind TigerFitness and MTS

Melissa Adams 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hi Marc!

I was wondering if you could share the story behind how you decided to go with "Tiger Fitness" as your website name, and explain the meaning behind "MTS." Really love your products and your company has the best customer service ever!

There have been a lot of people making a big deal out of the "What the Health" documentary on Netflix. To me it seems like mostly vegan propaganda but I'd like to hear your opinions on it.

i personally want to know of anyone you know of in the profession that has suffered any of these injuries. And success stories. Im suffering from severe back issues and am being givin bleek hope from doctors. I know there has to be some strong well built machines out there who have been through this. Just want to hear about em for some motivation and if you know them personally how did they go about recovery and training post injury.

Training with an umbilical hernia?

j_chacon 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hi Marc, am a 27 year old guy and I have an umbilical hernia. I went to the doctor and they confirmed I do have a hernia and suggested that I live life the same way and train the same way as I been doing. The doctor advise that at this time a surgery is not necessary since it's small and not bothering me at all. I would like to prolong the surgery to at least one more year. I do have 2 kids a 9 year old and a 2 year old, I am active with them and I know after the surgery I won't be able to be as active for a few weeks. I was wondering if there is any training you would recommend or anything I should do different? Any abdominal workout I should do to get my abs stronger? Anything I should avoid?

Thanks for the help
