I'm a stage 4 testicular cancer survivor having problems making and keeping gains. My testosterone is extremely low & I have a Dr appt June 16 to go over my options. What can you suggest to do to keep muscle & good weight on?

Do your best but you might need TRT. Make sure diet is on point and you're training as hard as medically possible
Insulin sensitivity
Can you explain increases and decreases in insulin sensitivity, and how this affects fat loss?
Training will improve this as will DIET. I don't think it will effect your gains much, other than being sleepy, as long as macros are equal

What effect does sexual activity have on physical performance and muscle growth? Does having sex increase or decrease testosterone levels, or is there no noticeable effect?
Best protein for gains
I see a lot of different opinions and "studies" regarding best protein for lean mass building. Do you recommend a protein blend (whey isolate, micellar casein, milk protein, and/or egg protein) or a pure whey isolate for best results?
