Overdosing Protein Post-Workout
I am wondering if it is really beneficial double or even triple scooping your Protein Powder after working out.
Lot of people I know take 2-3 scoops of Protein Powder post-workout.
Is it not too much at once?
And can your body really absorb all the protein or are you just consuming unnecessary calories and wasting your money?

How much sleep do you believe is adequate for muscle recovery and what is your opinion on sleep supplements such as ZMA and Melatonin? Are you working on any upcoming products?
Do testosterone boosters aid in anabolic response regardless of your age? Are there more benefits with this type of supplement after a certain age?

lower stomach bloating

I am 5'10 and 140ish pounds. I am trying to gain strength right now and have noticed that I have made some strides in the right direction recently. However, my lower stomach sticks out significantly further than my upper and middle stomach regions. I do have some lower ab fat, but when I press on my lower stomach it feels very hard(not just fat). I was wondering if this lower ab protrusion could be caused from bad posture when sitting, i.e. hunching over, or maybe eating too much fiber? I know answering this question may be difficult, but I am really just looking for the primary causes of lower stomach bloating/protrusion to see if I am doing any of those things.

I've been taking your carb 10 for a month now and it has been working great and i'm going to start taking machine fuel intra-workout but for me who's someone trying to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously would it be better to drink them before my workout so I can use the carbs during my workout?
Diet and testosterone levels
can short or long terms dieting cause a significant suppression of testosterone? Currently 21 years old 6 foot 2 male and have been long term dieting for my job (actor/ model). I suffer from low test and thyroid. Curious on your thoughts on this? Also I'm on exogenous TRT and thyroid replacement, but doctor wants me off testosterone once I gain more weight and check bloods. I asked if a pct would be needed to increase my lh and natural test and he said no. Your thoughts? Thanks!

hey Marc! So I joined a gym and I'm looking into getting a personal trainer. Because I have no clue how to workout. My question is.. i have heard a lot about how some personal trainers just give their clients some cookie cutter programs that make some end up getting me hurt or end up hating training. Do you have any tips you could give me on what I should look for in a trainer? Or how to tell if they actually know what there doing?
