I do have a question  I see in some  trainers  cutting  meals  their  fats.. three trainers one uses peanut butter  with each three meals the other flaxseed oil with eat 3 meals and the last MCT oil with each of the  three meals what do you think about that and which one would you recommend

I want to say thank you  to you and your staff  because no matter how busy you are  Mr.Lobliner or how hard your staff is working you and your staff always get back to me so I will continue to support as much as I can thanks,Lou
