Dear marc I am a college student who lost a lot of weight recently. In the mornings I currently weigh in between 174lbs and 172lbs. Using waist to neck measurements my body fat is around 8% to 7%. I would like to put on some muscle this winter. Currently I am using avatar nutrition to help me out on a standard reverse diet in the hopes that I can gain muscle slowly as well as qet my calories up. My question to you is whether or not I should go into a lean bulk or stay the course and wait to see what happens. Love the channel and the workout programs keep up the good work.
