What do you think of glutamine?
The effects on muscle gains has been debated, but its effects on gut health have been found to be very beneficial. What do you think of it and the importance of it for gut health and subsequently how this may impact nutrition for fitness.

I wouldn't purposely supplement with it as it is the most abundant amino acid in the body. The benefits are gut health, immune health and it also can potentiate leucine. BUT, I wouldn't supplement with it.
