hey marc i work 12 hours on nights, and i cant seem to stay on a reg. routine on my days off cause i stay up on my first day off and im back on shift a day later. i wanna do inter. fast but i cant seem to time it right. any advice will help thanks
best hours to fast on 12hr nights for my days off I have 2 kids and have to adjust to a day schedule for them and my wife. I'm usually only off for one night then back on for 4/5 days in a row.

I don't believe intermittent fasting is a good way to eat and am not an expert on it so I am not the person to ask
