Vitamin overdosing, is it a real concern?
Taking a bodybuilding specific multi-vitamin which already has hefty doses of almost all vitamins/minerals, plus 5000 IU vitamin D, and then my actual diet.. should i be concerned about excess of fat soluble vitamins or any of them?

If fat soluble, yes, a concern. If water soluble, not really. Fat soluble can indeed be a toxicity issue
