so have you figured out my undulating calroies question back on F.B.  basicly it you have say (an example) 3000 calroies a day instead of hitting that set daily number say one day your over one day or under so on a so forth as long as you hit your 21000 weekly goal. would this be a good way of going on with a diet.

I don't like that topsy-turvy shit. Just decrease calories as stick points are hit as done in www.dropfactorbook.com
