Am I overreaching?

Ryan 8 years ago updated by andy 8 years ago 2

hey Marc I'm 20 years old and I have been weightlifting consistently for about 3 years.. Im small framed and lean. I'm 5"5 and 115 pounds. My body fat is about 7 percent. Most people say I'm under that but I don't believe so. Anyway I usually train for weeks at a time without taking any days off and within the last month or two I feel like I have been constantly tired.. even though I sleep great and get plenty of it. My workouts have suffered a bit recently too with not haveing a lot of energy. I have been having trouble  concentrating and have lost interest in somethings.. and My lifts have been pretty much staying the same even though I'm eating at or above maintance. Thank you for your time!

Yessir, overREACHING! Go to 4 days for a while and recover, at least 4-5 weeks. See this: https://content.tigerfitness.com/dorian-yates-training-frequency/
