shit days & great days

in your opinion, when you have a day where you just feel shit, mentally or physically, and your performance in the gym is quite poor, should you just pack up & leave and hopefully come back better the next day, or push through it?   

Alternatively, on days you feel amazing, is staying in the gym 2-3 hours ok?

Or is it all individual & dependant on type of

FUCK THAT! Power through and lift--that's how you develop as a PERSON! Lifting is about more than muscle.


And there is never a need to train that long. Get in, get it done, get a job
