Do you think it would be a good idea to incorporate some exercises using a smith machine into your training ? Or is it best to just stick to barbells and dumbbells
I don't like the open chain and fixed plane. Stick to barbells and dumbbells!
can you further explain why though marc? i can obviously go a bit heavier by myself on a smith... but i have noticed an increased chance of shoulder injury when using them and was wondering why.
