What if you opinion of taking sips of a protien shake during you work out?
I feel as if tho it might be optimal due to that fact that you can achieve the most absorbtion of nutrients during that "pump"

The better option is 2 scoops machine fuel sipped during training. Whey is bound amino acids, it won't work like BCAA
