the athlean x is a legit program it's probably one of the best out there the guy is a personal trainer and trainer to top athletes Jeff cavaliere will Design a program that's fit for you follow his channel and he gives you no bullshit workouts.  I'm pretty sure he has the only program that you'll actually lose weight and gain muscle most of the programs you'll definitely lose weight but also lose muscle which you're not trying to do go to his channel athlean X or just type in Jeff cavaliere and just check out a lot of those programs that you can add into your own workout
