Would it be beneficial to have a slow digesting carb with my protein shake before bed? I am trying to put on some size and weight but don't want to have fat storage.
Do testosterone boosters aid in anabolic response regardless of your age? Are there more benefits with this type of supplement after a certain age?
Hi I am 21 years old and seeing if test boosters are worth the money. I know my levels are probably the highest they will be regarding my age, but if I take them, will they put me in a more anabolic environment?
I've been taking your carb 10 for a month now and it has been working great and i'm going to start taking machine fuel intra-workout but for me who's someone trying to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously would it be better to drink them before my workout so I can use the carbs during my workout?
Would apple cider vinegar, a multivitamin, and whey protein combined with rigorous workout sessions of cardio four to five times a week for half an hour shed that last stubborn layer of belly fat in a few weeks to a month?
I see a lot of different opinions and "studies" regarding best protein for lean mass building. Do you recommend a protein blend (whey isolate, micellar casein, milk protein, and/or egg protein) or a pure whey isolate for best results?
Hi Marc! I have been taking pre-workout supplements 4-5 days a week for the past several years. I never felt the need to take a stimulant break, as my body still responds nicely to caffeine, DMHA, DMAA, etc. Is there a rule of thumb you use to taper off of stimulants? If so, how long do you recommend taking a stimulant break for?
Honestly, if you still feel it there is no need. But generally speaking a week every 12 weeks will keep your sensitivity high
Hey Marc, I was planning on getting Nutrient Driver and I was wondering 1. How long do the effects of this pill last 2. When do you normally take it as in before breakfast lunch or dinner and 3. I take one scoop of Carb 10 before training around 1 PM, should I take it then and will it last the remainder of the day
I have seen this time and again where certain companies will add creatine or have a creatine matrix to there per-workouts. I am trying to cut and have switched to a non-creatine pre-workout to help myself in my goals to loose fat and gain more lean muscle mass. What are your thoughts on that? Am I cutting myself short and missing out on gaining some more muscle mass by using a pre-workout that has a small dosage of creatine?
